For Guests
How do I sign in?
You can sign in with your Google, Apple, or Microsoft account. No separate registration is needed.
How much does it cost?
Costs depend on the venue. At Tresor Klub Berlin, usage is included in the entry price.
What happens when I have no signal?
DayLox works offline. Your actions are stored locally and synced when you're back online.
What if my battery dies?
On-site staff can open your locker for you. Every such action is logged and you'll be notified by email.
Can I book multiple lockers at once?
This depends on the venue's settings. Some venues allow only one active booking per guest.
Do I need NFC on my phone?
Yes, your smartphone needs NFC support. Most modern smartphones have NFC built in.
For Operators
How many lockers can DayLox manage?
DayLox is designed for large installations. The system supports thousands of lockers per venue.
What happens during an internet outage?
The system continues to work offline. Guests can still open and close their lockers. All actions are synced when the connection is restored.
How does the support process work?
Authorized staff can open lockers via the app. Every action is logged in the audit trail and the affected guest is notified by email.
Can I configure different areas?
Yes, you can divide your venue into sections. Each section can have its own settings, such as maximum bookings per guest.
